We are a cloud-based, paperless brokerage. We don't have "brick & mortar" office space. In today's market, it isn't needed! A Realtor should be working "outside" the office with their clients, partners and sphere of influence. The majority of your time should be spent talking with Sellers at their home, with Buyers at the homes they are interested in buying, and with your Sphere of Influence whereever they are!
We follow the "do the right thing" philosophy. You will always be treated with respect. You will have the freedom to run your business as you see fit. We encourage you to brand yourself (clients hir YOU for who you are, not for which brokerage you are affiliated with) and you will have 24/7 access to your managing broker. Our commission structure, ,benefits and tools enable you to be a top producer!
- 80/20 split on purchase, sale, and rental transactions
- $18,000 yearly cap to office
- 100% commission after your cap is reached
- 50/50 split on any company leads
- $250 Transaction Fee for capped agents (rentals excluded)
- $75 monthly Technology Fee
- $25 E&O Insurance fee per transaction - capped at $500 (rentals excluded)
- Free office signs or order your own custom signs.
- Must close 10 transactions minimum annually (rentals excluded)
